We are registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

a) Job Applications

When you apply for a position through our website, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Cover note / message
• CV document (if uploaded)
• The position you applied for
• Date and time of submission

b) Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Message content
• Date and time of submission

c) Technical Data

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the website to function. We do not use analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies. We use hCaptcha for spam protection, which may set its own cookies — see hCaptcha's privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy for details.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Recruitment: To evaluate your application and contact you regarding job opportunities. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Communication: To respond to your inquiries submitted via the contact form. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Spam protection: hCaptcha verification to prevent automated abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

We retain your application data (including CV) for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted. Contact form messages are retained for 6 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your application data with the hiring company for the specific position you applied for, solely for recruitment purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our website is hosted on Railway (railway.app). We use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) for spam protection and Resend for email delivery. Data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA where possible.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and Slovak Act No. 18/2018, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdrawal of consent — you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
